How do I Pay for My Item?

How long till my order is shipped once its Placed?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 business days if the product is in stock. Any products not in stock will be ordered and should be shipped within 2-6 weeks. In a situation where the book is not readily in stock, you will be notified.

How Much are Shipping Cost’s?
Shipping and handling charges are calculated as per Australia Post Parcel rates. Oriental Books also uses courier services. All shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the product you buy so there are no extras or service charges added to the courier fee or Aust Post parcel rates.

What is Your Return Policy?
At Oriental Books we inspect all of our products before they are sent. If you purchase an Audio Visual item and it does not work, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. All of our products are Original and Copyrighted & in working condition. All of our books are new and in good condition. Some books may be slightly worn due to shelving, however this is unlikely. When returning an item, please e-mail us first and we will give you the return instructions, please do not return an item without notifying us. Oriental Books will refund your money the same way you paid for the item.

Is Prepayment required for all orders?
All orders do not require prepayment. If you're ordering from a library or university, prepayment is not required, however payment is required once you have received the items. If you are not ordering from a library or university pre-payment is required. In case of Bookstores, until such time when a credit account is established, the order must be prepaid.
